Delivery and dispatch
In addition to Germany and Switzerland, we supply all countries of the European Union and further countries. For delivery to Switzerland and countries outside the EU please visit our Swiss shop.
All information regarding availability, shipping, and delivery of a product are anticipated and estimated values only. These values do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates and times, except where these are expressly stated as binding as part of the shipping options for the relevant product. We will inform you in a separate email should any of the products ordered by you be found unavailable during order processing. You will be informed immediately of any delays in the delivery. A contract regarding unavailable goods shall be deemed void.
We reserve the right not to deliver where ordered goods are unavailable. We will inform you of that circumstance immediately and will refund any payments received.

All shipments that are sent are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

Shipment tracking
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number for your shipping method. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email with the link provided.
Duties & Taxes within the European Union
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.
